At Islamic Creations, every canvas print is carefully crafted to order. Because each piece is made especially for you, we are unable to accept general returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To process your request, we kindly ask that you provide:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item, showing the issue
Once we review the information, we will offer either a replacement canvas or a refund, depending on the situation.
